I’m truly amazed by the quality and range of free music making software available today. I’ve written an article about how you could literally set up a whole studio for no money at all. Covering free DAWs, synths, effects and more. Check it out here

All my music is free to download for this weekend only, to celebrate getting 500 likes on Facebook

Head to the download page (http://music.dataphilesmusic.com). Click buy on any of my albums and name your own price… Or enter 0 for free

PLUR – D

Drumroll please!

Here’s your chance to get my recent album The Vibe Electric for absolutely nothing.

All you have to do is answer the following question…

The Vibe Electric is Dataphiles’ debut album, but it is actually the second album I have released. What is the name of the first?

Two clues: 1) you won’t find anything about it on this website and 2) It was released under a different artist name and is still available

When you think you know email me at contact@dataphilesmusic.com and if you’ve got it right I will send you a download code… simples.

The deadline for entries is the end of the year (31st Dec 2009) and I’ve got 50 free copies to give away on a first come, first served basis. So be quick 😉

Happy hunting, D

As I promised previously I’m starting to add the B-sides from The Vibe Electric to the Download page.  And here’s the first one a scratchy sliced track called SAS (no reference to the stealthy badasses, honestly). Hope you Enjoy!

Love and Peace

Dataphiles

PS All of these B-sides are completely free (and released under creative commons) except if you want to use them commercially, in which case contact me
